Your use of our website indicates your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
We will use reasonable endeavours to maintain the availability of the website, except during scheduled maintenance periods, and are entitled to discontinue providing the website or any part thereof with or without notice to you.
If you fail to comply with your obligations under these Terms and Conditions, including any incident involving payment of the price of an order for any goods, this may (in our sole discretion with or without notice to you) lead to a suspension and/or termination of your access to the website without any prejudice to any claims for damages or otherwise that we may have against you.
We are entitled, for purposes of preventing suspected fraud and/or where it suspects that you are abusing the website and/or have created multiple user profiles to take advantage of a promotion or Coupon intended to be used once-off by you, to blacklist you on its database (including suspending or terminating your access to the website), refuse to accept or process payment on any order, and/or to cancel any order, in whole or in part, on notice to you. We shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by you (see our Returns Policy in this regard), and accepts no other liability which may arise as a result of such blacklisting and/or refusal to process any order.
By registering on our website, or buying goods from us online, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You also agree that we may send invoices to you electronically.
Updating of Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions shall commence as soon as the user enters, uses or registers on the Michie Moo website and continues indefinitely until terminated by Michie Moo.
We reserve the right to change, modify, add to or remove portions or whole sections of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice.
It is the User’s obligation to check Terms and Conditions for changes or updates.
Pricing & Availability
Michie Moo offers competitive pricing on all products. When you precede through to the checkout page, the courier charges will be added accordingly. All products are subject to availability and receipt of payment.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
All pricing is in South African Rand (ZAR).
Please note that pricing and stock availability is subject to change without prior notice.
Despite our best efforts, some products may be mispriced, if a product’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product.
If a product’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you before dispatching your order or cancel your order and notify you of said error and cancellation.
We will take all reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and to ensure that when stock is no longer available, it is discontinued on the website, but we cannot guarantee the availability of stock. If goods are no longer available after you have placed an order, we will notify you and you will be entitled to a refund of any amount already paid by you for such goods.
We make every effort to shipment of your order timeously, however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
We will make contact with you via email with the ETA, ask you to select an alternative product or will offer a full refund within 30 days. All sales are subject to availability of stock. Stock of all goods on offer are limited.
We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This for instance may occur if stock is insufficient. Should this occur the customer will receive a full refund with no deductions.
There will be no credit given on order price difference, due to any price changes.
Michie Moo reserves the right to adjust product and delivery costs on the website at any time without prior notice.
We will use our best efforts to accurately display the goods on our website to ensure that what you receive matches your expectations. Please note that sometimes the way that a product appears can be dependent on the device that you use to access our website, specifically when it comes to the colour in an image. We cannot guarantee that the goods you receive, will look exactly as you have seen it online.
Orders
Orders cannot be amended in any way once they have been invoiced, including changes to a delivery address.
Your receipt of an electronic confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. Michie Moo reserves the right at any time after receipt of an order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional information before accepting an order. If you have paid for a purchase and your order is cancelled, Michie Moo will reimburse your order.
Placing goods in a wishlist or shopping cart without completing payment does not constitute placing an order, and goods may be removed or updated in the shopping cart if stock is no longer available or the price has changed. We cannot be held liable if the goods in your shopping cart have been updated when you complete or attempt to complete the purchase at a later stage.
Goods may not be purchased for re-sale. Should we suspect that any such goods are being purchased for sale, we are entitled to cancel your order immediately on notice to you
Payment Methods
You consent to our use of the services of reputable and secure third party payment service providers in order to process financial transactions and acknowledge that doing so necessitates the disclosure of your payment information when you make a purchase.
We have put all the necessary measures in place to ensure your personal and payment information remains secure. We make use of 3D Secure, which is an additional layer of online security that is now mandatory for all online retailers in South Africa. It helps prevent fraud by protecting you against unauthorised transactions on your card(s).
Internet Transfer – EFT
This is our preferred form of payment and is highly recommended for orders that are time sensitive.
If you select to pay via internet transfer/EFT, the exact amount must be paid. The payment must be identified by supplying the invoice number and surname as the reference on the proof of payment and must be emailed to payments@michiemoo.co.za for processing.
Unpaid orders will be cancelled after three business days of the order being placed with us.
Credit or Debit Card
Secure and encrypted debit or credit card payments are handled by Yoco.
Due to the anti-fraud procedures we have in place, credit and debit card payments can cause a delay in the dispatching of your order.
We accept Visa & Master Card.
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Michie Moo via Yoco. No credit card details are stored on the website.

Customer details will be stored by Michie Moo separately from card details which are entered by the client on the Yoco secure payment gateway.
All credit card transactions are Secure Socket Layers encrypted.
Communication
We communicate with you via email or by posting notices on our website. For this purpose, you consent to receiving communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Users of our website may submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties, or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.”
All content included on our website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital media and data, is the property of Michie Moo, or its content suppliers.
Courier & Delivery
Only within South Africa
Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided, as we will not accept any responsibility once the order has left our premises.
Michie Moo cannot be held responsible if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery and as a result a delay occurs.
Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery on stock items. Our products are all sent via courier to all areas within South Africa, as long as payment is received by midday Monday to Friday.
Courier charges are subject to change without notification.
We do not include invoices inside parcels, invoices are strictly sent via email to the email address provided when placing your order.
Michie Moo will deliver to any physical address, not a P.O. Box, and only during business hours (no weekends or public holidays) so please select your delivery address accordingly.
Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you an email with your tracking details.
We will arrange for delivery to the delivery address that you provided to us. We are not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of the goods once we have delivered the goods to the delivery address you have provided.
If you are unable to accept the goods yourself, please ensure that an authorised representative is available at the delivery address. If anyone other than you takes delivery of the goods at the delivery address, they are presumed to be authorised to accept the goods on your behalf.
If no one is at the delivery address to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange an alternative time. If we are unable to deliver the goods to you after three attempts, or should we deem it appropriate under the circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your order, deduct charges we have incurred for failed deliveries or additional storage, and refund the balance due to you.
You must ensure that we can access the place of delivery, and that the location is cleared for the goods to be delivered.

We offer FREE delivery nationwide for orders of R600.00 and over

For orders of less then R600.00
George area – R70.00
Garden Route area (excl George) – R110.00
All other areas (South Africa only) – R140.00
Insurance
Orders are not insured against, theft, loss or damage, therefore Michie Moo will not be held responsible should any of the previously mentioned scenarios occur.
Our Promise To You
If any item you have ordered is faulty, defective or the wrong item please notify us within 7 days of the product being delivered, if returned to us unused and in its original condition with your invoice and proof of payment within 14 days, a prompt replacement will be given, for which we we will pay the delivery fee. We will exchange this for the same product or for something of equivalent value.
Michie Moo will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
Please note that goods are not guaranteed against faults resulting from normal wear and tear.
Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products available on our website, should be directed to info@michiemoo.co.za.
Intellectual Property Rights
All the content, trademarks and data on this web site, including but not limited to, software, databases, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, private information, designs and agreements, are the property of or licensed to Michie Moo and as such are protected from infringement by local and international legislation and treaties.
Liability
Michie Moo shall not be held liable for any damage, loss or liability of whatsoever nature arising from the use or inability to use any product sold on this web site.
