Returns & Cancellations

Should you wish for any reason, to cancel your order, please email orders@michiemoo.co.za.

You must advise us in writing via email of your cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, and any such cancellation must be sent by the person who placed the original order.

Products may be returned for credit, exchange or refund within 14 days from date of purchase, provided that the merchandise is unused, not yet washed and is returned in its original state, together with a valid invoice.

Refunds will exclude all delivery fees that are paid as part of the order.

Courier fees will be charged for the return of any items.

You may return gifts for a gift voucher to the same value, which can be used to purchase any other product.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges, refunds or returns on personalised items or items that have been specially made.
